By downloading, installing, or using Burp Rating ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Burp Rating is an entertainment application that records audio through your device's microphone, analyzes sound properties, and provides a humorous score. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use the App only for lawful entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
The App offers optional in-app purchases including Unlimited Burps, Remove Ads, Ultimate Bundle, and Burp Packs. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All sales are final. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these advertisements.
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, level names, meme text, and software, is the property of Burp Rating and is protected by intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scores and ratings are generated for entertainment purposes and have no scientific, medical, or competitive validity. We are not responsible for any embarrassment, social consequences, or noise complaints resulting from use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burp Rating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
